GOALS

  1. To revamp and re-establish Maxprop's social media presence, and digital marketing.

  2. To increase brand awareness and brand confidence, through use of digital marketing, re-establishing Maxprop at front of mind when clients are in need of a real estate agency.

  3. To build on the relationship with existing clients, and to form new relationships. This is in order to grow the database of sellers, buyers, lessors and lessees, and the amount of high-quality stock that is being listed, sold, let, and managed by Maxprop.

STRATEGY

  1. Establishing an overall digital marketing strategy.

  2. Aggressive, strategic creation and posting of relevant content.

  3. Strategic use of paid social media advertising.

  4. Encouraging buy in from agents and other staff members to drive organic results.

IMPLEMENTATION OVER A 3 MONTH PERIOD

  1. Diversification and introduction of Instagram to the marketing mix

  2. Reworking of Instagram and Facebook pages

  3. Establishment of cohesive brand identity across all social media platforms

  4. Consistent posting 6 times per week

  5. Initial focus on posting listing adverts

  6. Introduction of content that adds value to the intended audience

  7. Re-establish Maxprop as “Your Property Solution” by careful creation and curation of content
